All reccomendations and applications are treated with the utmost discretion and identities are kept strictly confidential where appropriate. Of course, you must have permission of the proposed referral.
*Referral fees are payable on newly introduced candidates for which the Company has no prior knowledge or information and is successfully placed with a new employer. The referral fee is calculated as five per cent of the total placement fee less any rebate up to a maximum of £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) and is only payable following receipt of payment by the Company of the placement fee and after the rebate period has expired. Evidence can be provided where appropriate in the event of a pre-existing relationship with the proposed referral.
1. Referral fees are payable only on paid fees received in cleared funds by the Company and clear of any rebate period in accordance with the agreed terms of business net of any rebates payable by the Company. Referral fees shall be paid to you either:
a. on the next following accounting period after receipt and by the Company of such cleared funds and rebate period, or
b. if such receipt is less than 28 days before the next following accounting period, on the subsequent account period.
2. If any fee earned by the Company upon which a Referral fee has been paid to you is rebated in accordance with the Company’s terms of business the Company reserves the right to deduct the amount of the rebate from future earnings upon which Commission payable to you is to be calculated.
3. If your contract of employment is terminated for any reason no Commissions will be paid by the Company unless the underlying fees have been paid and such Commissions will not be paid until any applicable rebate periods have expired.
